Daredevil Season 2 and Jessica Jones Season 1 Coming to Blu-Ray

SDCC rumor mill: 'Thor 2' will be called...

One of the many, many rumors floating around the floor and panels of the San Diego Comic Con is that the official name for Marvel Studios' soon to be filming Thor sequel will not be the expected Thor 2 but instead it will be called Thor: The Darkest World. I'm assuming that some kind of official confirmation will come during SDCC. I like the title and a curious as to how it connects to the plot of the film.

The Amazing Spider-Man in Avengers 2....maybe

One of the hottest rumors this past Spring was that the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man would be making a cameo appearance in- the then forthcoming- Marvel's The Avengers .Well sadly it was indeed only a rumor and Spidey never appeared. But does that mean he won't appear in an Avengers sequel? Not necessarily. Avi Arad, former Marvel Studios President had this to say about the subject. While doing publicity for Sony's Amazing Spider-Man he was quoted as saying this: “ Everything is possible,” Arad said. “If something like that happens, it’s great for Disney, it’s great for Sony. If the right story comes in, we are now working on Venom first. It’s our first out. So our thinking is in the right direction. Avengers to me was an expected success so I never looked at it because Avengers was successful.” So it sounds like it could at least be in the 'realm of possibility'. As of right now Disney has the licensing rights to Spider-Man and Sony has the film rights. An
