Confirming a rumor that has been making the rounds the last few weeks, at the Secret Empire panel today at SDCC Mark Waid announced that he and his artistic partner Chris Samnee will be taking over Marvel's Captain America title in November with issue #695.
Waid as expected stated he will be taking a back to the roots approach to the character, similarly as he did when the creative partners began their runs on Daredevil and Black Widow.
