From the production going on right now in Italy of Avengers: Age of Ultron we get our first look at Jeremy Renner, back as Hawkeye and Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda. Renner's Hawkeye look seems the same as in the first Avengers movie while Olsen's Wanda matches some concept art that has been floating around the 'net.
And here's a pic that shows the motion-cap stand-in the production team is using for Ultron.
