Preproduction must be moving fast on this project. Dimension Films has announced that the sequel titled Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, once again directed by the tag team of Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller, will be released on October 4th 2013. So far actors Mickey Rourke and Jessica Alba have been signed to reprise their roles from the first film.
With filming set to begin in late summer there is still time for the other principals to be coaxed to return as well.
