Sad News: Amy Reeder off of Batwoman

DC Comics announced today- and which was confirmed by the artist- that Amy Reeder will not be drawing Batwoman #9, 10 and 11 as previously announced, and has in fact left the popular series. On her Facebook page, Reeder put a little background to her leaving the title. She said:
"It's definitely regrettable...some real creative differences were going on to the point that it became untenable."
She did not elaborate further what those differences were with writer/artist JH Williams. Just recently I picked some of her Batwoman art as part of the 'Love that Panel' feature here on The Comics Ticker. Her manga influence and amazing page design and storytelling will be missed. DC has said that artist Trevor McCarthy, recently from the Batman: Gates of Gotham miniseries, will be taking Reeder's place in the artist rotation on Batwoman with Williams set to return to the art on the book with issue 12.
