...already decided on and probably hard at work. That info is courtesy a new interview CBR had with Marvel Senior Editor Tom Brevoort. In the lengthy interview Brevoort runs through several of his thoughts on Marvel's successes this past year while also addressing the legacy that Brian Michael Bendis is leaving on the Avengers family of books. According to Brevoort:
Brian is leaving behind a legacy that it’s going to be very difficult for somebody else to equal or surpass, but that’s the challenge of the incumbent. As it happens, I’ve already got the next Avengers writer lined up, though it’ll probably be several months before you all learn who it is—Brian’s still got about a year’s worth of great stories to tell before that switchover happens.Now we still don't know who this might be but my guess is Jonathan Hickman. Of course that would require some other publishing changes to make that happen. But Marvel will have that same problem with almost all of their A level, Marvel Architect writers as most of them are already handling 3 ongoings,
