NYCC was last weekend and among the many announcements and previews was this image from Marvel COO Joe Quesada. He had created this piece of concept and promotional art for Marvel's much anticipated Netflix series Daredevil, a 13 episode show premiering in Spring 2015.
Judging by the image the show will be taking a lot of material from the classic Man Without Fear limited series by Frank Miller and John Romita Jr. I can't help but just be in awe of what Quesada did here. The heavy blacks and touch of red? Just awesome. Grim and gritty? Certainly.
