There was a rumor going around that Rick Remender and Jerome Opena were working on an OGN for Marvel. Well confirmation at last. Marvel has announced that they are the creative team- with colorist Dean White- on April 2015's Avengers: Rage of Ultron. This book is timed to match release with Marvel Studio's highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron movie coming out at the same time.
Plot details are a little slim right now but what is know is that the story takes place in current Marvel continuity and also in the past- back in the Roger Stern/John Byrne era of Avengers. He is also to have said that he wants this book to be like DC's Killing Joke in that developments in here have lasting effects on the Marvel universe for years to come.
